1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Vize ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and Buildloop s.r.o., Company ID 24366854, with its registered office at Vomáčkova 194/4, Dolní Heršpice, 619 00 Brno, Czech Republic ("Buildloop", "we", "us"). If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Vize is a manifestation mobile application for women. It helps users turn what they want to manifest into a daily ritual: tailored affirmation cards, personalized future-self audio stories, and supporting streaks and reminders.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: You may need to register an account to use parts of the App.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account.
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Conduct and Content

You are solely responsible for the content, prompts, onboarding answers, and text you add to Vize. You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, explicit, or harassing content
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer the App or interfere with its operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Misrepresent your identity or misuse app features

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Manifestation and Personal Growth Features

The App includes affirmations, visualization, audio stories, streaks, reminders, and related personal growth features. These tools are intended for reflection, visualization, and self-improvement only. Vize does not guarantee any manifestation outcome or life result. You are responsible for your choices and any actions you take based on your own decisions.

6. AI-Generated Content

Some content in the App, including affirmations, audio stories, narration, and images, may be generated with artificial intelligence using the context you provide (such as your goals, onboarding answers, and story prompts). Generated content is creative visualization material: it is not a real recording, a prediction of the future, or a factual statement about you or anyone else. Generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or imperfect, and should not be relied on as advice of any kind.

7. No Professional Advice

Vize does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. If you need professional support, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the App's core features requires a paid Vize Premium subscription. Subscription terms:

• Pricing and billing cycles are clearly disclosed before purchase
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the applicable app store or payment provider

14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with Vize, contact hello@getvize.app within 14 calendar days of your first paid purchase. Website purchases will be refunded to the original payment method. App Store purchases must be processed through Apple's refund system; we will help you submit the request.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, design, branding, and software are owned by Buildloop or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildloop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.
